Looking for a roommate!

I am a Dental Hygiene student who is looking for a roommate for the 2016/17 school year! I currently live in a two bedroom, so ideally I am looking to fill the second room! Rent would be approx 427 each plus internet and electricity/heat, which in total I usually pay around 500! The lease would start July 1st. It is right beside the main Oulton campus!
